Comprehensive Clinical Checkup Packages.

2. No Refunds Policy
These policies do not allow refunds. They aim to ensure that all payments made for the services above are nonrefundable, except for service cancellation under the specific policy clauses.
Once made on account of any service, payments are accepted as payments for that service.
No refunds will be processed for comprehensive consultations, diagnostic tests, or health checkup packages, regardless of whether the patient does not show up to receive the service.
3. Conditions for a Refund (Exceptional Cases Only)
In this case, we outline strict no-refund clauses but will consider some requests, refined to the following stipulations:
3.1 Overpayment Claim—
Where payment is made for the exact service more than once, such overpayment would be considered for refund upon verification.
3.2 Service Not Rendered:
Suppose a service like a diagnostic test or procedure is prepaid, and AMC Hospital can’t provide it due to its equipment’s failure, AMC personnel’s unavailability, etc. In that case, we may provide a refund or reschedule the appointment.
3.3 Technical Errors:
If a technical error in the online payment system results in incorrect transactions, the case will be investigated, and the necessary action (refund/correction) will be taken.
3.4 Management Discretion:
If there are some exceptional circumstances, AMC Hospital managers will grant these requests at their discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
The following scenarios shall not be entitled to refunds:
After a diagnosis and treatment, a patient expresses dissatisfaction with the consultation or the resulting condition.
A patient withdraws from a prescribed treatment package after making the payment.
A patient fails to attend an appointment or utilizes scheduled services without notifying in advance.
Unused portions of diagnostic packages or health checkup plans are also not eligible.
5. Payment Disputes
For payment disputes, if the payment is suspected to have been made incorrectly, the suspecting subject must report to the paying department.
