This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes how we handle the delivery of diagnostic reports, health packages, and associated services communications.
1. Electronic Service Scope
AMC Hospital, as a serviceable healthcare provider, does not ship physical products. However, we may provide:
Digitally transmitted medical reports using electronic mail, SMS link, or hospital application.
Some special cases of physical delivery for test reports.
If opted and available, home sample collections.
E-prescriptions and confirmation SMS for appointments.
2. Report Delivery
Secure email transmission or a secure download link to the registered contact of the client will be used to send medical diagnostic reports, e-prescription, and consultation summarizations.
Timelines for delivery:
– Blood work & primary diagnostics: 1-2 days
– Advanced diagnostics & imaging: 3-5 workdays depending on the test.
Ensure that your contact email and phone number at the time of registration are accurate to eliminate any delays.
3. Physical Delivery (If Applicable)
In limited conditions, printed reports like the home health checkup packages, may, at the discretion of the hospital estaff, be sent through courier or hospital staff.
Delivery is within the city of Hyderabad only and subject to feasibility.
Time of delivery is expected to fall between 2 to 4 business days after the report is generated.
A delivery fee, however nominal, may apply depending on urgency and distance.’’
4. Home Sample Collection (Where Applicable)’’
Home sample collection appointments may be scheduled online or via phone.
Appointments are subject to location, time, and diagnostics team approval.
The collected specimens will be transported securely to AMC Hospital’s lab.
Unless otherwise requested, reports will be issued digitally.
5. Restrictions and Delays
AMC Hospital is not liable for delays that are the result of:
Missing or partially filled patient information.
Disabled contact numbers and email addresses.
Events that are out of our control, such as natural disasters, and strikes.
We strive to deliver services within the set timeframe, however, a variety of factors which include but are not limited to test intricacies in addition to operational elements can affect the timelines.
